Relief etching is a fast and easy way to make a fine art relief print. These are small scale prints, with plates made using zinc and acid, and no hand carving. The plates are inked up with a brayer and ran through the press for speedy results.

This one-day workshop is a great way to make small scale prints that can be used to make a card or provide as a gift for the holidays!

Two plates sized to 3 x 4 inches, ink, and paper will be supplied. This workshop is open to beginners or advanced artists.

For additional printing, the artist may book private studio time to use the facilities to run a longer edition.

Tuition is $85, including listed materials
